5 As human beings, we are fundamentally beings of light. Our essence is intertwined with light, and this light manifests in various forms within us. When we understand this, we begin to appreciate how deeply connected we are to the universe. Each of us carries a unique frequency, and it’s through this light that we connect with higher states of consciousness. To elevate our vibration, we must delve into the concept of chakras. These energy centers within us are like wheels of light, each corresponding to different aspects of our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
